Hotel and casino staff were friendly, helpful, and the room was clean.
We didn't come to gamble but had a nice time in the casino, bar and the food was good. We met up with friends and attended the Texas A&M-Arkansas football game. A water main had broken and we couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Woke up the next morning with a note under our door that the entire place had no water. The next night we got in late from Fayetteville and went to bed. It all reminded me of a super walmart with a casino attached. The casino was crowded and very amusing as some of the people that were there were so drunk that they were falling off bar stools and the staff continued to serve them. We went to the casino afterwards to try our luck and have a couple of drinks. The first night we stayed we ate dinner in the Three Ponies resturant and it was good, service was excellent and the prices are reasonable. Seems to me that there are some sort of new air filtration systems that could help out with that. I have been to Las Vegas a couple times and through the casinos and never smelled the stale, cigarette odor that filled this place. When we arrived and walked through the front doors the smoke in the lobby and casino was almost unbearable.
